Who we are

Tsla.miami rents Tesla vehicles in Miami. This policy covers tsla.miami and www.tsla.miami. Questions or requests about your information: email yai@tsla.miami or call (786) 817-9906.

Information we collect

• • Booking details you submit: name, email, phone, pickup and return times, and delivery location.
• • Messages you send us by email, phone, or chat.
• • Payment data handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe processes the $25 hold and any later charges.
• • Site and ad data: pages you view, device and browser type, approximate location, and cookies or similar identifiers, including Google click IDs (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid) when you arrive from an ad.

How we use it

• • To take your booking, confirm dates, deliver the car, and contact you about the rental.
• • To measure site visits and see which ads led to a booking.
• • To keep the site working and reduce fraud or abuse.

Cookies, Google, and ads

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. They set cookies and read identifiers so we can count visits and attribute bookings to ads, including ads on Google and ChatGPT.

When you book, we may send Google a hashed version of your email or phone (enhanced conversions) so Google can match the booking to an ad click. We do not sell your personal information.

You can block cookies in your browser. Some measurement will stop working. Booking the car does not require accepting ad cookies.

Who we share it with

• • Stripe, to process payments.
• • Google, for analytics and advertising measurement, as described above.
• • Service providers who host the site or send booking emails, only to run those services.
• • Authorities, if the law requires it.

Your requests

Email yai@tsla.miami to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will respond to reasonable requests. We keep booking records as long as we need them for the rental, taxes, and disputes.
