Traveling to Miami? Good to know
The questions visitors ask us most, answered up front
I have a foreign driver’s license. Can I rent?
Yes — most of our guests are visiting Miami. A valid driver's license from your home country works in Florida. If it isn't in English, bring an International Driving Permit (IDP) or an official English translation along with it. Bring your passport and license to the handover. Minimum age is 21, and the primary driver must be present.
How does insurance work?
Your personal auto policy or your credit card's rental coverage may already cover you — check with your provider before the trip. Theft protection is included, and you're responsible for damage during the rental. Visiting from abroad without U.S. coverage? Book first — we text you before pickup and walk through your options.
Is there a deposit? When do I get it back?
A $25 deposit through Stripe locks your dates and is applied to the rental. It is fully refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of payment. The rest of the rental is due after booking confirmation. We text you to arrange delivery.
Can you deliver to the airport or my hotel?
Yes — door-to-door delivery anywhere in Miami is free. Flying in? We meet you at Miami International Airport (MIA). Staying at a hotel or Airbnb? We hand the car over at your entrance or valet. Taking a cruise? We also deliver to the Port of Miami. Prefer to pick up downtown? Pickup point: Miami Worldcenter (Downtown Miami). After you book, we'll text you to coordinate the exact spot and time.
What are your hours?
Open 24/7. Book online any time — we arrange delivery and pickup around the clock across Miami, including MIA, hotels, the Port of Miami, and our Downtown Miami Worldcenter pickup point.
