Rescheduling
- • Free rescheduling up to 48 hours before original pickup time

Rental Requirements
Driver Requirements
- • Valid driver's license — foreign licenses accepted
- • Minimum age: 21 years old
- • Primary driver must be present at pickup
- • International visitors: bring your passport. If your license isn't in English, an International Driving Permit (IDP) or official English translation is recommended alongside it.
Vehicle Usage
- • Street legal use only
- • No off-road or racing
- • No smoking or pets
Insurance & Liability
- • Your personal auto policy or credit card rental coverage may apply — check with your provider before your trip
- • Renter is responsible for damage during the rental
- • Theft protection included
- • Visiting from abroad without U.S. coverage? Contact us before pickup and we'll walk you through your options
Charging & Care
- • Return with similar battery level (Tesla Superchargers available)
- • We love our Teslas, so we'll take care of them
Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
A $25 deposit through Stripe locks your dates and is applied to the rental. Cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
The rest of the rental total is due after booking confirmation.
Delivery & Pickup
Door-to-door delivery anywhere in Miami is free — there's no rental counter and no line. After you book, we'll text you to coordinate the exact spot and time.
Airport (MIA)
Flying into Miami International Airport? We meet you there with the car ready to go — share your arrival details when we text you.
Hotel or Airbnb
We hand the car over at your hotel entrance, valet, or Airbnb — anywhere in Miami. Return works the same way: we pick it up where you are.
Port of Miami
Taking a cruise? We deliver to and pick up from the Port of Miami, timed to your embarkation or arrival.
